About the Instructor

This course is co-taught by Tom Frisby, Dennis Moseley-Williams and Arthur Zards.

As a former practicing financial advisor, Tom Frisby brings an insatiable business passion to his coaching and consulting work with the goal of helping clients and their teams achieve long-term growth through creative and sustainable solutions adapted to the Experience Economy.  He’s a graduate of the U. of Victoria (B.A./B.Ed), Royal Roads University (MBA Management Consulting) and the Wharton School of Business (Executive Coaching).

A certified expert in the Experience Economy and popular speaker, Dennis Moseley-Williams helps organizations understand that customer experience is the predominant economic offering in the world today – as distinct from services as services are from goods. He demonstrates ways in which experiences can be crafted and staged so that they entice, educate, satisfy and transform.
